From Prince George to Edmonton

Zenith was born in Prince George, BC — where we've spent the last 12 years transforming homes and earning the trust of over 200 families. We built our reputation on the things most contractors neglect: showing up on time, quoting honestly, protecting your home during construction, and standing behind our work long after the final nail is driven.

Our relationship with Kohler — building and expanding their commercial showrooms for over 8 years — gave us access to world-class materials and a commitment to precision that residential clients rarely experience. That partnership now extends to new markets.

In 2026, we expanded to Edmonton. Same standard operating procedures, same quality guarantees, same obsessive attention to detail — just a bigger footprint. Two cities, two dedicated crews, one uncompromising standard.

Fixed-Price Contracts

The price in your proposal is the price you pay. Detailed scope, clear exclusions, and documented change order procedures.

30-Point QC Inspection

Before handover, every project undergoes a comprehensive quality control inspection against our internal standards checklist.

Weekly Photo Updates

Every Friday, your PM sends a progress report with photos, milestones achieved, and the plan for the week ahead.

Material Pre-Staging

Materials are received, inspected, and staged at our facility before construction begins. No waiting on deliveries, no damaged goods on-site.

Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee

Everything we install is warranted for the life of your ownership. With aftercare check-ins at 30, 90, 180 days and Month 11.
