From first call to a fixed price
- We talk. A short call or email about what you want to change, roughly when, and where the home is.
- Design consultation. A 60 to 90 minute design session in your home: layout, materials, colour and budget comfort. It is $250, credited toward your project if you go ahead.
- Fixed written price. You get the scope, the price and the payment stages in writing.
