Fixed-Price Contract
The price in your proposal is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no ambiguous allowances, no surprise change orders. Your budget is sacred and we treat it that way.
Site Protection Standard
HEPA dust containment, professional floor coverings from your front door to the work zone, and end-of-day cleanup. Your home stays liveable throughout the entire renovation.
Timeline Commitment
Your confirmed start date and estimated completion window are documented in your contract. We pre-stage materials and lock sub-trade schedules to eliminate delays.
10% Performance Holdback
Our final 10% payment is released only when you sign the completion form confirming everything meets your standards. Our motivation stays peak until the very last detail.
30/90/365-Day Aftercare
Check-ins at Day 30, Day 90, and Day 180. At Month 11, a formal warranty walkthrough catches any settling or adjustments before your one-year mark.
