Start with our 15-minute online Project Intake form. You'll tell us about your space, share inspiration, and outline your budget. If we are a good fit, you pick a time for your design consultation on your own booking page and pay to book it; the time is yours once it is paid.

Yes. Our in-home design consultation is $250 plus GST, paid when you book, and if you go ahead with your project the full $250 is credited toward it. It is a real design session, not a 20-minute measure-and-guess: we spend 60 to 90 minutes with you on layout, materials, colour and your wish list, give you professional design advice on the spot, and then give you a fixed price in writing.

We typically book 4–8 weeks in advance. For complex projects (basements, whole-home), 8–12 weeks lead time allows us to properly design, source materials, and secure sub-trade schedules.

Absolutely. Our White-Glove Protection protocol — HEPA filtration, poly dust barriers, floor coverings, and daily cleanup — ensures your home stays liveable. We've renovated kitchens while families cooked dinner in the next room.

Through your Zenith Client Portal. You'll see daily GPS crew check-ins, progress photos, material deliveries, and weekly summary reports. Your dedicated PM also sends Friday update emails.

Changes happen — we get it. Every change order is documented in writing with a clear cost impact and timeline adjustment. You approve it in your portal before any additional work begins. No surprises.

Yes. We manage the entire permitting process — applications, scheduling inspections, and ensuring compliance. All permit fees are included in your fixed-price proposal.

Your proposal includes an itemized scope with every material, fixture, and labour cost documented. The price we quote is the price you pay — period. The only thing that changes the price is a change order that you approve in writing.

Kitchen renovations start from $45,000 for standard upgrades and range to $75,000+ for full custom transformations. We provide exact pricing after your Design Consultation.

Bathroom renovations start from $25,000, with full luxury transformations (steam shower, heated floors, custom tile) from $55,000. Every project is custom-scoped.

A deposit of 20 to 30% at signing, depending on the size of the project, then staged payments as work is completed. Small service calls are paid in full on the day. The exact schedule is written into your contract before anything starts.

10% of the project total is held back until final walkthrough and your signed completion form. This ensures our team stays motivated through every last detail — and you have leverage until you're 100% satisfied.

Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers every element installed by Zenith — tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, electrical, millwork. If we installed it, we stand behind it for the life of your ownership. If you sell your home, the guarantee transfers to the new owner for 3 years.

We check in at Day 30, Day 90, and Day 180 to ensure everything is performing perfectly. At Month 11, we conduct a formal warranty walkthrough to catch any settling or adjustments before your one-year mark.

Refer a friend or family member to Zenith. When their project begins (contract signed and deposit received), you receive $250, or $500 for a project of $50,000 or more, by e-Transfer or gift card within 5 business days. No limits — refer as many people as you'd like.

Yes. Our employees earn $500 for every skilled tradesperson they refer who completes their first project with us. Great people know great people.
