The shell of a basement suite. The old walls came out first, then the slab was trenched for new under-slab plumbing, the walls and bulkheads were framed, and the space was boarded, taped, primed and painted.
The order matters in a basement: moisture and insulation come first, then the rough-ins, then the finishes. The suite's kitchen and bathroom have their own pages.
